At Johnson Cattle Company, we specialize in providing beef shares directly from our farm to your table. We offer quarters, halves and whole shares as well as butcher boxes. All shares have a variety of cuts and include ground beef, multiple roasts and multiple steaks. Other various cuts are included as well.
Butcher Boxes average 40lbs.
Quarter Shares average 80 - 100lbs.
Half Shares average 160 - 200lbs.
Whole Cows average 320 - 400lbs.
